Our cat is now about 15 and for the last year or so she has started to act strangely. She has to get to the highest point she can for some reason and usually this is the bar. She will take chances and try to get into food we are preparing for ourselves and has even burnt the hair on her tail with the stove burner. She randomly cries very loud. She is throwing up on everything (documents, keyboard, electronics, whatever she happens to be standing in front of).

I'm worried because she is getting older and acting unlike she ever has. We used to be able to give her a spray with water bottle and she'd correct her behavior, but she will go right back to misbehaving these days. Any advice?

She's throwing up and crying, acting strange - take her to a vet ASAP.
There are many illnesses that older cats develop, and she could be suffering and trying to let you know.
