A small vent...

Ok so for over a week now we've been fighting to get this above ground pool installed. We could have payed extra to have it installed but to save money we didnt.
No matter what we can't get it. The walls keep popping out of the track.
So we asked a friend who sells them to come over and help. He did but couldn't get it either. So he called his friend who installs them and they were supposed to be here today but never showed up
He kept saying he hadn't heard from the guy.
I feel like I'm being blown off. Especially considering my friend is the one we bought it from.

DH is now so frustrated with it he's telling me to sell it.
We sold our other pool for this one because this one is more stable so we wouldn't have one if we sold it....

And the kids are screaming about wanting to go to swimming all the time.....


Sorry, just wanted to vent

i would call the place you bought it from. tell them you tried to do it alone, but are having problems. see if they are willing to help for a smaller fee.

I did but they still want over $300 to install it

ouch. is there anyone else that could help??

what about tryin craigs'list? you might be able find someone that is willing to help for little money, or a gift card to a place to eat. there is a section for barter.

I emailed a couple people on CL but haven't heard back yet. Hopefully I will soon

That is horrible! I hope you can figure it out soon.
