I posted about these poor cats in the lounge before. I am going to post this ad on Petfinder today and I am thinking maybe Craigslist as well.
I figured I would also post here for maximum coverage.
I don't have pics yet. He is coming over today to borrow my camera and I will be uploading them and adding them to this post in the morning.
Here is what I came up with to post on Petfinder. If you think I should add or remove any part of this please let me know. I am up for any suggestions. I have never had to post about trying to find a home for a pet.
Please help! I have two female cats up for adoption. Their owner passed away a month ago and the owner of the house in which he rented will not allow them to stay in the house any longer unless they are declawed which is NOT an option.
Angelica is a nine year old short haired female calico. She is spayed but will need to be updated on her vaccinations.
Pugs is an eight year old long haired female calico. She is spayed but will need to be updated on her vaccination as well.
Their owner was ill so he did not take them to the vet when their vaccinations were due.
I would love for them to be placed together but if necessary will place them seperatly.
They were both raised with a large dog . They are also good around children. They are both indoor/outdoor cats so after a several months in a new home they should be okay to be let outdoors again and become indoor/outdoor if that is what you prefer.
First they lose their owner and now the only home they have ever known. They are older cats but they are very calm and quiet. They have lots of love left to give.
We are asking a nominal adoption fee of $10 for each.
If you can please help or know anyone that can please contact me. If these poor cats are not adopted in two to three weeks they are going to be taken to the pound and eventually be destroyed.
If you would like pictures please email me and I will gladly send you some.
