I just notices something.The first pic looks like it is at about eye level but the second pic shows a platform higher up. How high is that kitty tree???

The basic tree is about 7 ft tall. It has a spring pole to hold it against an 8 ft ceiling but the ceiling there is 10 ft high so I have it sitting on a carpet covered wooden box so it reaches the ceiling. So the highest platform is at about 9 ft. My gang love it!
