So earlier I got this new kitten (check in fur pictures for pictures) this morning. I gave him a bit of wet food that he gobbled up. My question though is at what point can I add a bit of dry down for him. My kibble is small round pellets. Is he to young for dry or can I also give him a little of it.

**PS wet is the main stay around here but I do give dry in between.**

You can add them to the canned food or just wet it down a little. As they get more used to dry, then gradually leave it dry in the bowl to nibble on.

normally between 5-8 weeks i will wet down dry food, after that they tend to get hold of mums and do ok on it. make sure its a kitten one as there much smaller and not as hard for them.

I feed TimberWolf so the kibble is very small. I mixed some into his second feeding and he did well with the kibble.

I've been trying to introduce my Sophie to dry food since about 6-7 weeks old, and he will *NOT* eat it. At first, I assumed he had a problem chewing it with his tiny teeth, but now I figure he just doesn't like it!

I hope you have better luck!
