Yesterday, our DSL went out so I called and complained. A few hours later, it was fixed (they said it was a problem in their cabinet) and it worked fine. Then it went out again, so I called and reported it again. John and I went to town, came back... still no internet AND no phone (no dial tone). So I called again and reported it. About an hour later, phone came back but no DSL. John spent over an hour on the phone with the tech support last night and all he got was "I'll forward your information"... got up this morning and still no DSL. We've got dial-up for the time being... but I can be on more than a few minutes because I can't tie up the phone line. So please send TCS vibes that we get our DSL fixed today!
