EEk a big mole in our firepit!!

We couldn't figure out why Bobs and Grizzly were staring at the firepit this morning until we took a look and there was a good sized mole.

The pit is less than a foot deep but the cowards wouldn't jump down to get the darn creature!! So it was still in their this afternoon when I got home.

Neil and I told each other to remove it (he suggested a stick) I suggested a shovel. He caved and I don't want to know where it is in the yard.

Mmmm...nothing like a good bbq mole for Bobs and Grizzly

too funny!!! i am glad the kitties didn't get ahold of it though- even if they're cute, wild animals can be a danger to domestic ones if they come in contact with one another.

I am assuming it was a dead mole?
