Amazing that a world-wide group of catlovers could help her accomplish this Now, maybe all those prayers, vibes & $$ can go out to cats everywhere on an individual scale

Wow. I wonder whether any of them will be adoptable, or if this will be a matter of creating a feral cat sanctuary.

Wow thats awesome she did that. The numbers of cats arent hard to believe, and i've always wondered if anyone in China/Korea has ever tried to rescue that many cats from that fate, guess we know one now!

It's even worse to know there they took peoples pets for food, but like she said there arent laws against it there. Mabye for stealing but thats it.

It will take alot of time but im sure many will find homes or a place to live.

Oh my goodness that is amazing!!!! Thank goodness for that lady. I just wish they could work on the animal rights laws in china......

Gee I don't know about that eh, call me a pessimist but I don't see things going well at all. I see the lady becoming I'll soon, with her eating and sleeping habits, she will end up in hospital or worse, dead. Then those cats will more than likely still end up as food for people.
She should start by trying to contact the owners of the cats with collars.

I know she means well and all but.....

I read that story and I am happy to know that people care enough to do something like that in. Hopefully with the news coverage she is getting, she will get enough help for all those cats.

What I meant was it made the news, she has to be getting the attention of alot of people, hopefully fellow cat lovers that live by her may volunteer to help. I think she will find help from other people so she isnt alone on this. Im sure there are many cats who are people friendly even after being treated so horribly, so I dont think it's impossible that many can live in a household. And yes, by finding the owners of the cats with collars is a start, IF they didnt purposely sell the cats for money... if they were poor you never know...
