Hello...newbie here! Nice to meet you all.

I'm ashamed to admit, I feed my cat crappy food.

Well, I'm going to change that!

I've been doing a lot of research on natural foods, and I'm down to these 2 and I'm really not sure which way to go.

Any help would be appreciated!

Evo is great but since it is so rich only works for 50% of kitties that try it

Felidea is a food with grains ...I rather like the chn and rice formula ...

I have tried both with cat s and dogs and only the canned of either stays in this house but BOTH are great foods

Thanks for your help!

One of my friends feeds her kitties Felidae and they absolutely love it. I'm going to head out this pet store that sells it tomorrow and check out prices.

Why not feed both? As Sharky said, both are good for them, and kitties often like variety. If they tolerate the Evo (all mine do), then you have two flavors you can feed them!

Hi there and welcome!

The basic thing to remember when it comes to cat food is to steer clear of corn and by-products. The less grains the better. Just make sure to read the label and choose a food that has high-quality, human grade ingredients. There's some pretty good foods out there to fit any budget, you just have to do your homework.

I've recently switched my cat from crappy food too after doing some research. I had no idea I was basically poisoning my cat the last four years! I thought, "I got it from the vet so it must be good, right?" WRONG!!! She's now on Wellness grain-free canned, and I already see a difference.

Good luck!

Hello & welcome to TCS. I don't know about those foods as they're not available in Australia.
Maybe you could introduce your fur family in New Cats on the Block. Love to hear about them.

IMO both foods are great. You could do either, or both, either by mixing or rotating. Either way to me you can't go wrong with these foods.
