They are lovely, were there just two in the litter, both girls, was the queen a first time mum?
How about Ruby for the ginger and Lilly for the grey.

Still waiting for mine to arrive!

I know nothing about their mother. A lady called me last night and said she had found them abandoned on her porch and she couldn't take care of them... so she brought them to me late last night.

Does anyone have a guess on how old they might be? I'm guessing 4 weeks old. They've got their teeth, are walking steadily and playing. They're so skinny though, they only weigh about 8-9 ounces right now.

Yes, she's a brown patched tabby. Patched tabbys are either brown, silver, blue with the red tabby mixed in. Sorta like a tortie/white but in the tabby version.

Thanks for all the name suggestions! John has decided that their "unofficial" names (until he comes up with "better" ones
) are.... for the red tabby: "Eloise the Squeaky Ferret" (because she squeaks all the time), and for the brown patched tabby: "Justine Fuzzlenarf of the Fizzlefurter Clan".
I haven't the slightest clue where he comes up with these names!
