I have a question...

Hello Every1. My kitten, BlackJack, turns 4 months on the 20th and he goes in later next week for a checkup on his heart and health with a heart specialist. I was just wondering what exactly I should ask the specialist concerning BlackJack.... Its my first time to see this specialist and I am hoping for good news concerning his already diagonized with a Grade 2 Heart Murmur. I am hoping that it has lessened and is better. I know that he will be set up for an appt for a EKG later that same week. FOr you see, this is just a primilary Appt, Introducement basically and checkup then its the testing phase.... But back to my question.. what should I ask her concerning BlackJack... Thanks for everybody who answers with tips and advice and questions.

I would ask if there is anything special to do about the murmer ... should he be getting kitten food longer to ensure proper wt??

This is the delima on the cat food. I also have a 2 1/2 yr old female spayed feline.

I would ask about his neuter surgery, in regards to the anesthesia, special precautions to consider, etc. I would suspect @ grade 2 he would get the OK for it but it's best to ask for any and all opinions from the doctors.
