good vibes for this prospecitive job

With summer into full swing by business has slowed down except for a few weekly clients. I rarely advertise relying on word of mouth. So today once again I was thinking I'm going to have to advertise I get a phone call.

This prospective client was given my card and briefly explained what they need. She mentioned that they leave the state early fall until spring so that work needs to continue while they are gone. She then gave me address and when she mentioned the street while lets just say its a rather nice section of the town where they live!!

So I have a meeting tomorrow afternoon-I think I have to dress nicely for this-thank goodness the truck is freshly washed!!

Could I have some vibes as this sounds like it could be a good new account for me.
