My newly adopted 2 month old kitten is SOOOOOOO SWEET!!!!! As of now she is a BIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGG LAP kitty. She LOVES to be cuddled and held. She is also VERY easy going and CRAVES touch. She also has NEVER bitten or scratched us (she would rather lick you) My family is wondering if she will stay this sweet (we ALL hope she will)? Or will she out grow this "sweetness" as she gets older (either way we will LOVE her)? Is it her TRUE personality? Or is it just a kitten stage she is going through and her true personality will show later? What can we do to encourage this personality and help it grow?

She will probably outgrow it a bit, most cats go through a bratty teenage stage in their first two years but then mellow down again and get sweeter.
She sounds very sweet though and that's definately a part of her true personality. Not all kittens are that sweet. For example my cat bit me a fair bit and scratched (just through over enthuastic play) when she was a kitten.
As for how to encourage her, just be nice to her, I'm pretty certain you're doing everything you can already to reward her for behaving well
