Ohhh, that sounds really good.

As DH just got off of a long weekend I'm going to assume he's going to be working late. I'll be making a vegetable curry in the crock pot tonight.

Well, its 9:17pm here, but earlier I ate 2 ocean perch. I usually eat random things at random times so I didnt really have anything with the fish. But it was mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good.

Mmmmm! That sounds really good!
My BIL loaded us up with various cuts of venison today.
So we'll be having Mule Deer steaks, some pasta and whatever veggie I find in the freezer. I have some fresh cauliflower, so I may do that in a cheese sauce. But it's so hot here, I'm not looking forward to cooking. I need to get on it though.

There's no place like home
DH and I made a Chicago style stuffed pizza with sausage, onion, green pepper, sliced tomatoes and mushrooms. We used an organic whole wheat flour, fresh mozzarella and freshly grated aged parmesan cheese. The sauce was made with herbs from my garden. Yes, it was completely from scratch including mixing/kneeding the dough.

It was absolutely yummy!!

A pair of Twix.
(I did get an extra package from the vending machine, does anyone want one?
)

I'm at work until late tonight, but maybe I'll stop and get something on the way home. I am craving a strawberry cream pie shake from Sonic's anyways....

We went out for my Birthday dinner at a Fondue restaurant. I had a RED APPLE MARTINI to drink, for the Cheese Fondue course we had Cheddar Cheese mixed with ale,and served with bread and veggies, I had a mushroom salad, most of which I brought back home for lunch tomorrow, I had a lobster tail, and for dessert we had HALF AND HALF FONDUE which is half dark chocolate, half peanut butter, served with sliced bannanas, pineapple, pretzels, marshmallows and mini-eclairs. I'm cooking bbq/mushroom/ham & pesto/onion/tomato pizzas. The breadmaker died about 10 minutes into rising, we've had it only a few years. I actually killed something while i was not even in the same room! (for 2 pizza bases)

3 cups plain flour. 2 tbs olive oil290ml water. 2.5 tsp dry yeast. 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp salt. (threw in about 1tbs dry chives)

I made my own pesto as well. For one pizza - LOTS of crushed garlic (i ended up crushing about 8 cloves lol), roughly 1/2 cup of tomato sauce or paste, chives, parsley, oregano, 1/4 cup grated parmesan. Mixed all together and spread on the base.

I'm sooo hungry!!
