The Mummy Returns is AWESOME!!

hey guys,

last night I went & saw the mummy returns. WOW. If you enjoyed the first one (and I did, was one of my absolute FAVORITES) then you will not be disapointed.

this one lives up to the last one. it is every bit as good, if not better. I never go to movies opening weekend but we had to go last night. I wouldn't wait. Even with my expectations (which usually spell disaster) it was amazing.

AP; I am so ENVIOUS!!!. You got to see Mummy Returns. I want to go see it so-o-o-o-o bad. I enjoyed the first one. So glad to hear that this one is as good. I enjoyed the humor as well as the horror of the first Mummy. I like Brandon Frasier and let us not forget that The Rock is in this one! I do not follow wrestling, but Rock is such a HUNK!!! Also, he seems to have a great sense of humor. Can't wait to see the flick. . . . . .

Yeah must say I like Brendan Frasier too. Did you know Arnold Vosloo (the guy who playes the MUMMY) is originally from South Africa.

there is something SO sexy about him. even playing the bad guy. at the core he is motivated by love. sigh.....

the rock is currently making the movie 'the scorpion king', which develops his character from the mummy.

I may go back to the movies & see it again!

Yeah he is hot. Its so wierd to see South Africans in American movies as I am from SA and I remember him from his real early days. He was always a bad guy in the SA TV shows so I guess he is really good at it.

Me three; Vosloo is definitely HOT; even to this old woman! I've always had a thing for shaved heads. I think it started with Yul Brynner in The King and I.

Oh, my gosh! The King and I - my all-time favourite movie. Our daughter went to see The Mummy Returns last night and said it was awesome!

Thank you so much for the review on the mummy returns!!! I can't wait to see it...I loved the first one, and my almost 11 year old stepson can't stop talking about how much he wants to see it!!!!!!

I also went to see The Mummy Returns last night & it was nice to see that it lived up to the first one! The special affects are awesome! This is one movie that won't put you to sleep

I love anything anything about Egypt :egypt: and most of what was in the movie is true to history, except the Scorpion King. That's one I never heard of. I can't wait till it comes out in video :flash:

I just bought the special dvd package on the first one with all the extras. I it. if you enjoyed the first one & the second one, it's money well spent.

Airprincess, Yes I saw the offer to buy the DVD package,:egypt: but we don't have a DVD player, so I have to wait till it comes out in video.
What is the name of the actor who played the character with tatoo's on his face & the long hair? Now HE"S hot!! Oh, to be 25 years younger, ha ha! :goodbad:

Okay....now I feel really bad...I had the oportunity to go see The Mummy Returns Friday night with my husband and stepson...but I could not go..
That was the night I found out Merlin had eaten poisen and had to rush him to the vets instead.
But thats okay...I will see it when it comes out on video...and my cats come first!!
