I have always posted pics by clicking on the yellow envelope looking thing and inserting the link ........ when I click on the yellow envelope now, it loads the TCS front page
. It has been doing it for several weeks, but I thought it was a gliche from the upgrade, but nobody else is obvioulsy having the problem. Can someone help me please?

Ok I just tried using the paperclip using a pic I have used on here before from Flickr and it said "file error" then I copied and pasted Eithne's exact image quotes and pasted the link between them and preview post an it just link to the pic, not the pic itself.

I wonder where Ryan is .......... Im sure he can fix it.

did you take out the little * in Eithne's IMG quotes? I know this is a pain!

No
I copied exactly ............ I sent Ryan a PM with this link so maybe he can fix it the way it use to work.

If I use Eithne's method, I will need to copy down those bracket things I guess to type in everytime. Hopefully Ryan can fix the problem or have it fixed.

me either. Thought I was losing my mind when the little box stopped working and no one else seemed to have the problem.
At least photobucket has the option of adding the IMG tags so it isn't so bad.

Ok that is so over my head. It says to add a tag and then type in the tag, so I typed in the bracket things, (just like Eithne's without the *) and click save and it just looks like it did before I added it.
There is just a pic, not words to copy and paste

Ok well as long as its in that range thats cool to just be able to copy and paste the image. Thats even better than the yellow envelope way I was using before.

Flickr saves the pics much bigger than photobucket as it doesn't optimise them when uploading (they base theirs on pic quality rather than image size)

Only IE seems to be having this problem so if you have firefox / opera etc installed and can use them it will solve your problem
