Do I need a photoshop type of program to make a signature?

I was thinking of borrowing a background from one of the TCS designers, but I'm not sure if i will then be able to put customize it.

You could probably put it together with MS Paint. However, I have never used Paint like that. I think you would be better off if you had some sort of graphics program. It doesn't have to be Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro. There are free programs that you can download, such as The Gimp, which you can use to make a signature. There are more free programs, but I don't know the names of them. You could go to 2 Cows, and see what they have available for free.
