Safe travel vibes, please

Hey guys, just wanted to request some safe travel vibes for TCS member Katie, along with the special little guy she's adopting today, and his foster dad. They're meeting in Columbus this morning at 11 a.m. (eastern time).
For those of you who didn't know, Katie is adopting an absolutely adorable solid grey male from a rescue in Cincinnati, who tested positive for FeLV and FIV.

I asked Katie to call me when she gets home, so will keep you guys posted.

There's a couple of pics of him in this thread. That's all we have so far. I've met him, though, and can vouch for the fact that's he's extremely sweet and cute!

Just wanted to let everybody know that I heard from Katie. She and DiDi made it home safely. She said DiDi came out of the carrier right away, was happy to see some of the other kitties and is currently under the bed. He should be fine with a little time to settle in.

I missed this thread yesterday. I'm glad Katie made it back okay. It's wonderful how she helps these special kitties most people wouldn't take in.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes! DiDi spent the first 2 days under the cat room bed, and now he is under my bed but he loves the other kitties, he wasn't afraid of the 5 pairs of eyes that stared at him thru the bars of the carrier, and he didn't mind my pup either he really is adorable, he has really short little legs on a round little body I have a feeling he'll make himself right at home very soon!

Katie, you amaze me as always. You have the biggest heart here. Glad you're home safe and sound. Sending integration vibes to you now.
