I can't take the credit. Its one of those fund-raising deals: local artists make cow sculptures and they are auctioned off, for charity. Since the Stardust is Wayne Newton's "home casino", they bought that one and put it out front.

Caesars Palace has a ballerina, called "Moo-Moo With a Tutu".
