You know how sometimes kitties look at you all cutesy while you're at the desk or kitchen bench, and then they stretch their paw to your opposite shoulder like they're about to claw the heck out of you? Well i thought he was going to chew on my hair or jump on my shoulder, but he just stretched over, and there it was!

The mother of all fleas that survived his first Advantage treatment 3 weeks ago (due for another soon) it didn't get away from me, i grabbed it before it burrowed back down, and drowned him in my nail polish remover!!! Bwuahahahaaaa...of course after i grabbed it Chucky looked at me, said thanks and then walked off

How cute! (not to mention well timed!!)

Fleas are so annoying... I really hate them because you cant squash them you either have to drown them or poison them with nail varnbish remover

It must be so uncomfortable for the kittys, but I suppose it worse for the people have to live in hot climates because thats what attracks the fleas , they love the warmth.

I've never had an animal with fleas either.

I did manage to catch a case of head lice twice from patients at work. That was not fun!!!! And a real pain to get rid of on me and in my home!

We've been lucky enough not to have ever had fleas, but the dog that lived in our house before us left my boys a really nasty case of ear mites.
