We have been invited to a friends house tomorrow to cook out for the fourth of July.

They told me to bring something sweet so I am gonna make some chocolate cupcakes with homemade chocolate icing.

Sounds yummy! I love cupcakes and chocolate is the best of course. Especially with homemade frosting. I spent 3 years as a cake decorator and can't stand store bought stuff anymore.

Ohhh... I forgot I had cupckae mix in the cabinet.....Maybe that will be a plan for today..............LOL
