Christmas Trees and Kitten's

I once had a kitten with long black hair and his name was Sapphire. At his first Christmas he was fascinated by the Christmas tree. The shiny glass balls kept "falling" from the tree and breaking.

As this occured, the ornaments kept getting higher and higher up on the tree.

Then one day I heard a loud "swoosh". It seems Sapphire had ventured so high up in the tree to search for ornaments that it fell completely over!

The first Christmas we had the kittens we decided for the good of everyone we would put the tree on top of the coffee table. The table had a glass top, which the kittens had seen before. The funny thing was watching the kittens trying so hard to bat at the tree skirt and presents from underneath the table.
