Yay for you!!! Good for you for not backing down. Sounds like there is something fishy there and that JB didn't like being confronted with it. Thank you for being an advocate for Dorothy!

That is great- Dorothy must clicked her heels three times and said "there's no place like home".

What wonderful news! TCS comes through to help again. You were very brave to take on the director and I'm glad the folks here helped give you the strength to do it. Bless you for doing this for sweet Dorothy.

Hooray! I'm not breaking out the champagne just yet (I'll wait until I hear that you saw Dorothy safely into her new person's care) but that's great news!

Wow, you stood your ground and you were Dorothy's advocate. You did great.

And I bet Dorothy knew which home she wanted!

Please update us as soon as you can tomorrow to let us know when she's officially with her new Meowmie!

Aww this is just wonderful news! Way to go Bulldog
I know how difficult this had to be for you. I would have been peeing my pants. I am so proud Dorothy really is a lucky girl to have you in her corner. Please do let us know just as soon as you can that she is on her way to her new home.

I'm just now catching up with this.....
Thanks so much for fighting the good fight for Dorothy! I'm glad things seem to be going her way. Once your friend has her, you should email or drop in to say "thanks" to J.B. for whatever she did, even if it grinds you to......paves the road for good communication in the future!

Oh absolutely! When she gets back on Friday, I plan to deliver something nice for her -- maybe a flowering plant, something pretty. She came through for Dorothy, so she's thoroughly redeemed herself in my eyes!

That's wonderful! I'm so glad you screwed up the courage to get to the bottom of this, and ensure that Dorothy is with somebody who really cares for her. WTG!

I am so glad that you went to bat for Dorothy -she really needed you and you really came through for her.

It is absolutely wonderful that S.F. will get her and that she will be in a loving and devoted forever home! Don't forget to give her new meowmy the link to this website!

I was thinking of something similar - like a thank you note. I think helping her feel appreciated will help in the long term also.

Wow. You just helped make 1 cat and 1 lady very happy. (yourself too). Hugzzz!

You did a great job! I'm so glad things are finally working out for Dorothy too.

That is great! What you did took a lot of courage and I am horrible at confrontations. I'm glad you fought for her forever home because it sure sounds like this woman is a fantastic choice. Do you have any pictures of Dorothy??
