I know... kind of worries me that I may hve some strange underlying illness/issue causing this... Or from one of my already present issues I have had for some time... Either way... Enough is enough already...Im going to have to be a hermit with all my uglies going on.
Go in early and don't take coffee breaks or lunches for a couple of days, then take off a few hours early to go to the doctor one day. You will have still worked the time because you haven't had coffee or lunch for a couple of days, so your boss can't squak about you not doing your job and leaving early all of the time.

Oh he wont let me do that. He freaks whenever I make up time from an appointment (i.e. not taking lunch or breaks)... He will not let me leave because I answer the company phones and if I am not here to do so, then customers will be SOL from placing orders and getting in touch with employees... Also I run the paging system and If I am not here no one else will be able to do so. I am in a jam. My boss is not a very understanding person when it comes to me so in all honesty it really isnt worth my job. I didnt ask him and I refuse to, he is quite pissed that my supervisor asked him to give me a raise and to take on a position (that we need to be filled in desperately) so we do not run into these issues (that I am in now) and because my supervisor is on vacation I have absolutely no backup and must be here...
It was just a thought, but since you sleep on your back now...

Me too. I know the keloid I got was from laying on the piercing (tragus... causing trauma and scar buildup) from the time I got it done up to about 2 weeks ago... That is bothering the life out of me, it itches... Hopefully as soon as my boss comes back from vacation I can set something up to take care of that.
i'm currently fighting a bacterial skin infection... i had to take a round of antibiotics to help, besides the topical stuff [cleaning, etc.]. you may need something like that.

I know... The doc said topical was fine (with the first one I got) and that if my redness persisted to call her for antibiotics... Maybe I should call her and tell her I got another one and she can just write a perscription????

Sorry, but I don't feel that any job is worth putting my health and my life in jeopardy for. It doesn't sound like a very nice place to work at all. Have you considered looking for another job? I know I sure would be out there pounding the pavement looking for something else. Actually I've probably quit before I found something else.

I cant quit before I find something else i have bills to pay and an apartment and animals to care for. I would have quit but I cannot risk going without insurance for 3 months while being on probationary period at a new job, so I am stuck at the moment. I do not like this place but they are more flexible than any other place Ive worked for when it comes to my appointments, but unfortunately since my supervisor is out this is not an option to me until she comes back.
I think I would call up the orginal doctor and explain the situation and how it happened again. I would just ask for a prescription since you've already been seen by the doctor for the same exact thing. It's worth a shot! Good luck!
Are you the only one that answers that phone?? From the pictures,it kinda looks like impetigo,which could be spread from the telephone,maybe??

Yes I answer these phones alone. I do have lysol sanitary wipes that I use all the time!
