Seems like the last couple posts I've made have ended in a debate worthy of IMO.
I've started an IMO thread on the subject.

Now we can devote this thread fully to admiring Justice's good looks
. I think it's a cool look for the little man. I also fully plan to have a 3 year old with a fauxhawk (so it can be flattened and look respectable at times, but be kickin' and awesome for that first day of school lol). Anyway, I'm glad he likes it. And it's summer break now! Time for self expression, bike rides, watching cartoons and playing in the sprinkler. I wish I was still little enough for summer vacation.......

Alycia,it is NOT you!!!! It is just some members feel different than others do is all.
What is ok for some, is not for others.
If you and Justice like the hair cut, that's ALL that matters.

BOTH of my parents are Ministers.(my Dad has since passed) My children have ALOT more respect for themselves/me and their bodies than to do something like that.

Right now my kids are pretty young (7, 5, 3 yrs old). The 2 oldest have some say but I get the final vote. And if I say no then no it is. I am not into that mo hawk look so none of them will be getting it any time soon. Once between the age of 10-13 they can have more say.

Please take the debate to the thread in IMO, or to PMs.

I like his haircut. It's not too extreme, and he can play around with it the next few weeks.

Awesome haircut on the little man, shows his need for inviduality without being too out there.

Ear piercings are less painful than tattoos?
Do you have a tattoo?

Noooo, I have no tattoo lol. To me it just looks like it burns...having a needle penetrate through your flesh looks more painful. Its probably untrue though LOL.

Umm... yeah
You do know that they use needles for tattoos, right?

Depending on your pain tolerance I guess, but I have 8 ear piercings & 1 tattoo, and my tattoo hurt worse than all 8 peircings, 9 counting my belly button ring I have.

I know its a needle, but it doesnt go through your skin and enter out a different end. Isnt it kind of just like pricks? It also depends on where you get it, its less painful where there is more fat.

Its like getting a bee sting a million times in the same area. I got mine on my lower back right on the bone & it hurt like crazy.
I'd rather get my ears pierced 10 more times than go thru that again. Ear piercing doesn't even hurt that much- its like a prick and then its over in less than a minute. YOu have to sit & get a tattoo and feel that same feeling over & over - depening on how big it is.

Tattoos are more then a prick. Mine hurt for about 10mins before the numbing set in. Then it hurt when they got close to my shine and when coloring it in. Plus walking the next few days (tat on my calf). The hurt for an ear piercing really only lasts a few seconds (I have 8) then thats over. Though sleeping can be a pain for a day or 2.

So needless to say- an ear piercing is NOTHING compared to a tattoo- pain wise!
