When I'm being very, very good, I like tiny baby carrots with a nice wine vinaigrette.
I think the last time I was that
good was around 2002.
But I also like unsalted hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios -- I roast them myself, so there are no oils.
I love chili con queso, but for me, that's a meal, not a snack. I make it vegetarian, with Paul Newman's Pineapple Salsa.
I think the winner has to be cheddar popcorn, preferably Cape Cod's White Cheddar. The cheddarier, the betterer!
