Never asked before but need them now - vibes for my dad please

My mom called me at work today to let me know my dad had a heart attack this morning. He had taken the day off of work, so he was home alone, but thankfully was able to call the paramedics himself. He's in the ICU (and is across the country from me) so I can't talk to him. It's really hard not to be able to hear from him myself. My mom said he looks okay, considering all his body has been though.

Please, TCS magic vibes would be much appreciated right now. Thank you.

Thank you all for your kind replies - I think they are working! My mom called again and said my dad seems to be feeling better. They are keeping him in the ICU until Friday at the earliest and he's at one of the best cardiology centers in the South. Tests are still being run and analyzed, so we won't know much until those all come back, but I sincerely appreciate your thoughts and prayers.

Thanks again to everyone! I'm very happy to say that my dad was moved out of ICU tonight, so that's a great thing! Considering the doctor told my mom he'd be in ICU for another couple of days, it's good news. We're hoping he'll be released to go home this weekend.

sarahp, he's actually in pretty good health overall - we think a genetic component had some impact.
