Hmm, Im just done making and eating my heavy dinner.
I made sausage, Mashpotatoes and green beans!

I havent made mash potatoes from scratch in ages, I usually use the packet stuff and just add water into it, and i felt like i was home! didnt take long to make either

For dinner it will be fruit and a joghurt.

What are you guys having???

Coffee... it's only 6:30am

But I'm planning on breadless eggplant parm for dinner.

Hmm... every time I answer one of these dinner threads I'm having eggplant. Maybe I need to vary my menu a little

I'm having a cheese and onion sandwich with salad crammed inside, a bag of cheese and onion crisps, a peach fromage frais, two fresh peaches, and i'm washing it down with a strawberry and vanilla smoothie

Well I just had my breakfast (blueberry bagle with butter!). I have no clue for dinner..... I do have some nice chicken breasts in the fridge so I may bbq them with some good BBQ sauce on my george foreman grill thingy. Either that or I'll marinate some steaks and do them on the grill! I seem to cook almost all my meat on that thing!

Mmmmm...lunch will be a WW meal - chicken and thai noodles- one of my favorites! Dinner will either be spagetti or a grilled turkey burger w/ oven fried!

Hmm, I'll probably have soup or tuna for lunch...

For dinner I took out chop meat to make a meatloaf but with this heat I don't know if I can stand to turn on the oven... Anyone have any suggestions for something different I can make with the chopmeat??

Maybe whip up a quick pasta sauce?

I was thinking about that... I have a feeling I'll just end up making some hamburger helper though
This heat makes me super lazy!!

I looooooooooove eggplant!!!

Right now I'm eating a terribly rubbery tombstone pizza with everything on it (except anchovies)
. Tonight I'm thinking about slapping some cheeseburgers on the grill.

Hard to describe without trying one.
The flavor isn't as strong as beef. They are very good though. DH usually grills them and puts a slice of cheese (cheeseburgers....mmmmm...). We serve them just like a regular burger.

We also sometimes grill chicken breasts and serve as "chicken sandwiches".
