So my DVD Recorder fizzled last night while I was at work and I was unable to record the episode. Did anyone see it? What happened, who got booted. Were there any good moments I need to know about? I am so mad I missed it. Can anyone help me and inform me about what happened?

I sure can't see any of these people running a kitchen. They all suck in the kitchen.
The only one who shows any ability to "hold it together" is the waffle house girl and IMHO she lacks the experience and cooking/kitchen education to run a 5 star restaurant. She is far from being a chef.
