Am I OK in using baby wipes on my kittens paws.. after she has stood in her poo?

Use a wet paper towel instead. Baby wipes have all kinds of stuff to help clean baby's bottom that you wouldn't want the kitten to digest. It may even give her diahrrea.
IMO its better to use a washcloth and a little soap to clean the feet, then rinse them off so the kitten doesn't lick the soap (too much).

they do make pre-moistened wipes especially for kitties... i got some from drsfoster& smith.
The kitten wipes are better, plus flushable if you get the right one!
