Hello wondering if any cat lovers have any advice. I have just got my two bombay cats back from quarantine. I brought them back from Kenya where they had a lot more freedom and friendlier neighbours. They havs just started going out and like to talk to everyone. My furious neighbour called round and asked me to collect lou from her bedroom! I don't want to keep the cats in wondering how to stop their little visits.

i would say try if you can afford it, build a outside enclosure for them. that way they can be outside, but not bothering anyone?

An enclosure, a cat fence or walking them on harness/lead are really the only ways to keep them safe outdoors.

Well unless you want a dead cat or a stolen cat when he picks the wrong neighbor to visit, I would strongly suggest you keep them INSIDE unless you are outside supervising them while they are there.

If you really don't want them inside all the time, then train them for a harness/leash and supervise outside time, or build/buy a cat enclosure for them to sit in for awhile.
