Hi all!

I recently noticed my 11 week old kitten has a thing for yeast extract flavoured rice cakes! I can't think of any reason I shouldn't treat her to a little piece every so often, has anyone get any information that says otherwise?

Tolly always shares DH's marmite on toast
i don't think a little bit does any harm.

Marmite is good
NOt too much but it does contain lots of the different B vits that helps cats a lot
Not too much rich cakes tho - too much carbs is no good for the kitty!

Yeast extract is good for all of us and many cat foods contain it for the B vitamins, just watch for the added salt in marmite because there's quite a lot of it. A little bit as a treat every so often is fine though
