"5 Factor Fitness" by Harley Pasternak

He's been getting a lot of press in the fashion/celeb mags -- most recently, US mag cover Jessica Simpson -- (he works w/ "normal" people, too).

Just checked out the book from my local library -- flipped thru -- looks reasonable. The five small meals during the day sounds good, and he's got pics of how to do certain weight exercises at home using dumbbells, so that's nice, too.

P.S. I've been working out like crazy (running, weights, stairs, elliptical for 30-60 min, try to burn about 400 calories cardio per visit x 5/week) & cutting down on my meals, but still have only lost 1-2 lbs over the past 2+ months!
