Runny Nose

My little kitten has a runny nose. Its constantly like it. I think it really bothers him because its like he wants to sneeze all the time. But the worst part is that I think it hinders his sense of smell. If anyone has any ideas about what I can do to help him out it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
