Ok, Hera is here. For those of you that didn't see the post in the Behavior section, here's the link (so I don't bore the ones that already saw it

When my friend went to get her, she was fine with her. She was just terrified in the shelter. She's here now and doing fine. She has growled a couple of times, but no hissing and not trying to scratch me. She actually let me pick her up with no problem. She's such a pretty girl. Here is a picture that I took of her:

Such a dainty looking little girl!!! I'm so glad she got out of that shelter....

poor thing. I think she's still a bit scared. Let's hope she gets comfortable soon. She's really beautiful.

She is absolutely beautiful, love her color.

She is beautiful! She looks a lot like my Olivia (actually she's my parent's cat), but with a sweeter face! (I love Olivia to death, but she can have a mean look on her face!)

PS: What part of TN are you from? DH is from North East TN and we just got back from vacationing there and in Pigeon Forge.

Thank you. I just posted new pictures of her (and the other 2 girls) under the photo section.

Oh really?? That's cool. I'm in northeast TN near the VA and NC borders (Tri-Cities area). My husband and I have been talking about going down to Pigeon Forge to go shopping one day, but our daughter is teething, so we can never guarantee her mood, especially for a 2hr drive.

She is a lovely girl, with such a questioning look in her eyes as if to say 'Is it all right now? Am I really here?' And I love her tail too.
