I have an exam for my "Information System Concepts" subject at university today. I'll be leaving in a little over an hour, and it's a 2 hour exam and then I'm freeeeeee!!!!!!!

I can finally start enjoying not working, and catch up on the million things I've been wanting/needing to do. How exciting

So tonight I'm having dinner with a friend, tomorrow I'm going berry picking with my neighbours, tomorrow night a friend is having a housewarming/birthday dinner, then Sunday I'll be sleeping and cleaning

It'll be so nice to do fun stuff again without having to worry about how I should be spending that time studying! Until next semester anyway...

Good luck with your exam (not that you'll need it Ms. Smarty Pants!
)

Hope you enjoy your relaxation time before the baby arrives!

Having been a teacher for many years and having a wife who is a teacher, if you are taking a multiple choice test, and you just plain do not know the answer, pick C. It is right far more than 25% of the time in a four choice exam. Also, none of the above is rarely the right answer; far less than 25%. This information is gleaned from many years of keeping records.

WOOHOO done!!!

The multiple choice part was taken directly from the practice multiple choice questions from handouts throughout the semester, and I went through all of those last night, and paid special attention to the ones I got wrong, so knew most of them straight away which was good.

There was 4 written questions, worth 30 marks in total (out of 100), and I knew one of them, mostly knew one of them, and had no idea about 2 of them, so that's 15 marks I definitely lost.

The last part was writing code and formula, and when I'm doing it onthe computer I do it easy because you just look it up as you go along (particulary for Excel stuff), so to do it from memory was harder than I expected, but I think I did ok in that. I'll certainly pass it, so that's a relief!!!!

WOOHOOOO!!!!!!! I'm going out with a friend for a celebratory dinner tonight. I haven't stopped grinning all afternoon

Argh, just checking things I put in the exam and made a couple of stupid mistakes!!! I hate that!!! I guessed a couple of things I got right though, so that's good!

What I got wrong though, for those who know html - for some STUPID reason when putting in the code for an image I put <a href="blah" rather than <img src="blah" I mean how stupid is that??!?!?!? I can't believe I did that... That's something I do know, but I just wasn't paying attention. Argh! I hate losing marks for stupid mistakes....

I'm studying externally through an Australian university, and our year runs from March-November, so this is actually mid-year for me

I'm considering doing one easy subject next semester that I already have the books for, and getting started on it pretty much straight away so I can get ahead since I'll be having a baby toward the end of the next semester...
