There was one of those in our bedroom a couple weeks ago... scary! It took me almost an hour to get close enough to get rid of it.

WE have a HUGE spider that has spun a web right outside our living room window... My the bugs he catches! He is creepy looking and I'd like him to find a new chill spot, but Im not touching him. I get so many bugs in my apartment, that I am almost starting to get used to them... Spiders, Silverfish, Ants, Centipedes, etc... I think it is time to call the landlord.

He's actually not that big
I just had the camera zoomed in on him. No he was a "safe" size. If they are too big, and get in my space- I have to get rid of them
I'll tolerate the larger ones, just as long as they don't get on me!!!!!! OMG
but ones this size don't bother me at all
he was no larger than a small fly

Breal79 : I'm in st. louis

Trixie23: When I discover a web outside I love to watch them work! Pretty cool too, if you happen to catch one wrap a bug up in silk

Over the river and through the woods...
I don't like them, but if I know they're there, are small (and not in my house!) they're ok. I have watched them weave webs and that is the coolest thing to watch! When I lived in Guam, we had banana spiders that insisted on making webs between the pillars and roof of our porch. After a typhoon when through, it amazed me that most of the webs were still there...they were already out there repairing it, and the rain was still coming down, but the wind let up to a calm 50 mph. Spiders are amazing little creatures. Still don't like them in my house though!

Aww..thats not too bad... I closed my eyes and scrolled down to see the replys before I looked cuz I was afraid of seeing something nasty.
Of course I wouldn't want to find one in the house though.

That's still too much for me to take. I am terrified and hate spiders. I will kill them up to a certain size "baby spiders grow up to be big spiders" is my motto. I can't kill the big ones because I am so scare of them. My mom will do it for me though. However, if she can't produce a body I am not going in that room for at least a week!

I'm glad I'm not the only one on this forum who likes spiders. But for me it's all about the big ones. If you want an adventure, have a tarantula crawl on you. The first time can be kind of freaky.
