Please can some one help my Baby? I have a 7 1/2 yr old female cat. She was fixed when she was 2. I have moved 8 times in the past yr with her by my side.I recently moved back to my aunts and ever since we got here there has been something wrong with her.She was throwing up all the time and i thought she was just eating too fast, but then, when i went to change her litter box, the litter itself was entirely covered in urine. She is no longer throwing up and i dont see any other syptoms:paranoid3

toad,

The only one who can help your kitty is a professional. Please get her to the vet quickly so he can determine what is going on with her. I am moving this to our Health Forum also. I also deleted your second post on this same subject. Please get your kitty to the vet soon!

Definitely consider the vet.

Could she have eaten something at your aunt's house? Does she keep soap or any kind of chemicals in easy reach of the cat?

It could be something as simple as dish soap. I know this because my s/o had put our dishtub on the floor. It had water and soap in it. My cats drank from it, and were sick. Of course, they were both throwing up before I realized they had the soapy water. Keep an eye on her and make sure she's not eating something she shouldn't be.

Does your Aunt have any house plants? There are quite a few plants that are toxic to cats. Do you have your Christmas tree up yet? Maybe she ate some garland from the tree and it has made her sick? Definitely take a look around the house and "baby proof" it. Sorry that I'm not too much of a help...but just thought I'd give you my suggestions. Please take her to the vet and get her checked out....and please let us know how she is doing.
Best wishes,
Shell
