I bet you could get really good close ups of watching the cats sleep across the house!

I hope you have fun with your new toy. I know my hubby would love one, but not mush to see with Toronot's air quality and being on a flight path for the airport.

are you going to look at the space station tonight, Bruce? they said on the radio it should be visible at 9:40 p.m. moving west to east, but I'm not sure if its in the northern or southern sky

Hey that's awesome! I want one of those. I currently have a 'cheap' one that my DH got. I've had trouble with the mount. It doesn't move smoothly and I end up loosing what I've been looking at and have to find it all over again.

I emailed the link to my husband. He will be so jealous. He's wanted a good telescope for some time.

Right now we have one he got for free from someone, and you can't even see the moon with it! It's pretty bad.

Can I ask how much you paid for it? I'm guessing I'm going to have to spend at least $500 for a good one. But I feel bad wanting to get another since DH got that for me for my birthday 2 years ago. It was the best present he's ever gotten me too! He completely thought it up on his own. He knew I like to look at the stars but I honestly never had thought to look at getting one.
So I feel guilty. At least it's hard to use it from my house. I've taken it with me places though!
