As some of you know I am working to jobs right now, BR&R is where I work after work
. Well I answer the phone at both places so here I am at my regular full time job and I answer the phone "BR&R"
Good thing it was a good customer and he just laughed at me!

When I was in HS at my first job there was a retired cute older woman who worked over 20 years at another department store. One day she had to make an announcement and she said the wrong store name. LoL Management was upset but when they saw who it was they couldn't be mad anymore. She was so cute!

Oy I've done that...

Also once when I was waitressing I had left restaurant a, and started working at restaurant b.... about 6 months into working at restaurant b I walked up to a table and said "Hi welcome to [restaurant A], I'll be your waitress today..." I watched as the whole table looked around the restaurant and then looked at me and said "you do realized this is [restaurant B], right?" Ha! We all had a good laugh... and I think they felt sorry for me because I got a really nice tip

I've done that plenty of times. I just tell people I don't know where I am anymore.

Heck, I hate having so many phone numbers. I've given my work # out as my personal phone and my personal phone out as my work phone.

I currently work for my dad WLC, JCPenneys, & volunteer at the HS. Try keeping all three of those straight! I answered my cell phone JCP how may I help you? tonight.

So, technically, I've got my home phone, cell phone, WLC, JCP, & the HS to keep straight!

counting down until graduation!!
I used to be a manager of a local restaurant. We "floated" from store to store, so I could work at 2 different ones easily in a day, and possibly all 7 in a week.

One day I answered the phone and scrolled through at least 3 locations before I got the right one! Then I just said, "I'm sorry, I have no idea where I am right now." Luckily it was a bartender that worked at 2 of them, and he just started laughing.

IA. If you need me, just meow..
I've answered the work phone" welcome to Long John Silvers, can I take your order please?" Needless to say the people on the other end were chuckling but I was so embarassed. Moral of the story? Don't try to do drive thru and answer the phone at the same time.
