Still can't attach

Every time I try to attach a picture with the little paper clip...and I click on it....a message says

Exceeds your quota by 11.0 KB. Click here to view your attachments

TOTALLY CONFUSED.

Pictures are only allowed to be a certain file size and physical (width / height) size.

The photo you are trying to upload is either too big, or you have too many pictures, delete some and upload the new ones (there isn't a limit to the number of pics you can have but there is a limit to the number of KB you are allowed)

You are not allowed much space at all at your level:

To get full Adult Cat status you must have 100 posts and 30 days in membership
Then you get:

* 20 stored PMs
* 20 additional avatars to choose from
* 40 Kb in uploaded attachments
* Posting access to IMO, if over 18.

I have 114 posts and think these pictures are the right size. Let me know, please!!!
