I was surprised to see it was raining today when I got up. Oh the thunderstorms last night were scaring me!! I ran into bed with DH until it past. LoL I am not usually this afraid.

DH helped me box somethings last night! Of course I had to ask for help.

Three more days of packing! I am soooo nervous! It was only supposed to be 81 on Saturday when I checked Sunday night. Now it's going to be in the high 80's. Those poor movers.

Hi cat-peeps. We've gotten some good rain and a few thunder boomers here too. Nothing too bad. One day closer to Friday! Can't wait for DH to get home!!! I've gotten used to having him around! The girls are missing him too I can tell. Poor babies. We had a furminator night and they both look pretty darn good! I need to do Noodles a little at a time though. She doesn't sit still to be brushed. Mooch however was in my lap and purring and just loving it. I swear if she could talk human talk, she'd have been saying 'Oh yes! Grrrrrroooooom me!'

She's my funny.

Cooler day as well here. Yahhhhh. Back to work later this afternoon. Very much enjoyed my R&R yesterday and am ready to once again venture forth into the world.
Lots of stuff to catch up on today most likely, also have to return a couple of purchases to the store. Would you believe I bought one of those airbeds to have for company(my sister from B.C. is coming for a visit in a couple of weeks) and the darn thing had 3 holes in it. Good thing I checked before I actually needed to use. I am taking it back today for an exchange or a refund. I do have the receipt for it but am sure they will give me a hard time because there is no way(despite how easy they say it is) to replace them back in their original box....This should prove an interesting conversation to say the least.
The kitties are wonderful this morning, Sassy is lounging in the center of the living room floor and Linus is using him as a high jump. Sassy is not actually playing with him but Linus thinks he is so that is good enough for him.

hummm today is my day off. last night (err early this morning) i stayed up till about 2:30ish watching "the king of queens" with Colin...then we went to sleep. I woke up at 9 and let the dogs out, fed all the furbabies, and developed a delightfully PAINFUL cramping so i laid down for a bit and slept until about 1 (my medicine i take for it knocks me out). Then i woke up and made some lunch for Colin and I before he left for work and he was pestering me so i chased him around the house with the spray bottle we keep for the animals

It was great

After that i took all the dogs outside and groomed them. I swear we now have enough left over fur to clothe every Chinese Crested and Spynx in the country

Now i'm watching Dr. Phil for a bit and Kojak is sleeping on my chest. Around 4 i'm going to go pick up my niece and tutor her for a few hours in math (she's in summer school and her last tests are next friday). After that my best friend and I are supposed to go to the mall for a little while and then i need to go get groceries!

I was supposed to go get my oil changed today in my car and my hepatitis b shot for work but neithor sound appealing so i'll save that for friday

What Nate says is true, we have 2 very disgruntled cats on our hands at the moment. Both suffering a bit of separation anxiety now I've gone back to work. Sonic cries and pees on my dressing gown when I've left in the morning, and while I'm here Radar follows me round like a little lost puppy, he's never more than 2 inches from my side. If I so much as twitch he is on his feet ready to follow me.

I hope they get used to it soon

Actually I hope I get used to it soon also!

Maybe you should tell Sonic and Radar that Nate is the one that wanted you to work so they can't be with you during the day!

Then they can pee on HIS stuff.
