Lol well i did my toes, but ill try to keep the fingers nude for a while to get that nice pink colour again. I found this AMAZING oil slick colour from Rimmel London (got the 60 seconds vinyl shine), called Zeitgeist (i think lol) if you search for the shade on google the pic doesnt do it justice. I've used them before. I love black and dark colours, so this is cool because it shimmers purple/green and really dark.

WHat are your fave brands, or a colour you can't live without? *wiggles toes*

Movin' on up!
I like Wet 'n Wild Precious Metals and Crystalline. Last week, Walgreen's had them buy-one-get-one (only $1.99). I also buy Sinful and some at the 99-cent store. I tend to buy color/price, rather than brand. I have a couple of bottles from Ulta II. Whatever the color, I put on a top coat of Sally Hansen's Teflon Tough clear. Usually, I can keep a manicure for two weeks, using that.

I don't wear polish very often, but if I do I like a neutral colour such as "Copper Glaze Bronze" by Revlon.

Years ago when I was in my 20's and early 30's I used to wear shocking pinks and bright reds (blue based not orange based ones). But as I've gotten older I prefer more muted and earthy tones.

But so far as brands go, I've always liked Revlon. I find it stays looking "just polished" longer than something like OPI which I have also tried but eventually ended up giving them away in favour of Revlon.

My collegue had really pretty toenails on monday so i couldnt resist to ask her what colour it was, she told me it was L'oreal "Granate"
Yesterday i went to the little drug store DM which is the equivalent of Priceline, and i searched through L'oreal, i saw the price and said NO WAY, i went and looked at other brands and found the matching one for 3/4 of the price!

I Use black for my toes with a nice finishing shine so I dont look gothic
but i think this granate colour is really rubbing into me, and im currently doing my toe nails!

For my hands i usually wear clear or do my own french manicure, but since all the stress ive had lately i chewed down my nails and i need to start over!

I have mine on the counter in the bathroom atm, as you know it's winter here now (don't you miss it?) and they keep well, i put them back in the cupboard in the hot weather. My grandma stores all her makeup in the fridge where you keep the eggs. Now when i visit her and get the milk out i dont find it odd to see lipstick and foundation with the food!

i LOOOVE my priceline card!!! I get $5 every few months...i can buy a whole bottle of shampoo or a bonne belle lip balm..WOW!!!

I haven't worn nailpolish in about 8 years, so I don't have a fav brand/colour. I don't actually own any.

When I used to paint my nails I used various brands L'oreal,Revlon, Rimmel. Mainly L'oreal. Even though those brands cost a bit more they tend to look nicer and not need multiple coats if you're using a dark color. Cheaper brands, like wet'n'wild, were ok for light frosty colors.

I liked using dark blues, burgundy, black, and the odd oil slick types. I'd also layer thinner frosty colors over dark ones. Like gold over burgundy or black.

Eventually I gave up painting my nails though. I've had problems with pitting and grooves in them since I was 13-14, it can be buffed out but doing so makes my nails very thin.

I'm usually too lazy to polish mine, but when I do, I'll use anything that dries fast! It has to be super fast or I always screw them up

My brands are OPI, Essie, China Glaze, and Creative Nail (I get them at whole sale cost because I am a licensed Barber/Cosmetologist)... Im stuck on OPI onyx, I love Creative Nail Jiggy, and Im going to stop there or things are going to get out of control. I have at least 50 different nail polish colors... Which is great since I used to have over 100 (I downsized)...
