? abt multiplying bumps on chin I don't think it's acne

Hi all!

I have a tabby who has black cruddy acne that I've been cleaning & treating w/ hydrogen peroxide for a while.
Day b4 yesterday I noticed a bump under her chin abt the size of a small m&m. Where there is NO acne. I can't see it - only feel it. The next day there were 2 & today it feels like 4. I can't get in to see the vet till next week. The rate of growth is freaking me out. The nurse just blew me off.
Any ideas???

what kind of dishes does she eat from? some cats have an allergy to plastic that can cause problems... also, her dishes are clean, right? i ask, because i'm not the best when it comes to cleaning mine
anyway, just a thought.
BTW, is there another vet you can try? i don't like the fact they won't make room for you. Cable got sick thursday, i called the vet friday morning, & altho they had no openings, they let me drop her off & worked her in during the day.

They only use ceramic dishes & I make sure I clean them about every other day to combat the acne.
I'm going to look for another vet tomorrow.
The strange thing is these are under the skin & multiplied pretty quick - I'm curious & worried to see what they'll feel like tomorrow.
