Ya'll really missed out though. When greenies first started giving away freebies, they gave away a TON! I signed up within the first few days of them starting to give the greenies away and when they send me my package, they sent 8 packets(1 of each flavor) of feline greenies! I about died! I still have most of them cause my cats are picky, lol.

I emailed a couple companies as well. Today we got 8 - 6 oz. packages of Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover's Soul .. And last week we got a 4 oz. sample of Maxximum. I love free stuff!

I sent out a bunch of emails yesterday, and so far have gotten around 10 replies... they're all shipping stuff out to me right away!

What do you guys write to the company? "I am interested in some of your products, may you send me a few to sample for my cats and dog?"

That's short, simple and to the point and sounds fine. However, I would also include the number of cats and dogs you have, that way they know how many samples to send.

Also, be sure to include your address so they don't have to waste time emailing you back for it.

I sent an email telling them that I am currently researching foods, wanting something new for my cats and dogs. I told them how many animals I have, and put my address in there as well. Most of them have contacted me, and are sending samples. The ones that don't have samples are sending me coupons.

Awesome, I've wrote a few already-address and # of pets included! =)

I did the same thing, I sent out about 40 emails total and almost all have gotten back to me. I would say about 60% said they would send out samples. The others said they would send coupons. Know I just have to wait it out. I really hate waiting.
