Hi Everyone!
I've got a weird question. My Mom bought me a Gazelle exercize machine yesterday for Christmas (she wanted to make sure I really wanted it before blowing $100!). I've seen the info commercial a few times and it looks like it would be a great way to get in shape. On TV, it said that it was easy on your joints and just about anybody can use it. I was just wondering if anyone has gotten one of this and how well you like it. I'm dying to put it together, but she told me I had to "act surprised" on Christmas day...she didn't tell my Dad that I got to help pick it out. Jeez..they act like I'm 12 or something...I'm 25 years old for crying out loud!
Oh well...I guess I'll have to brush up on my acting skills! LOL!
Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts on this new gadget please let me know.
Thanks,
Shell

If you want an exercize/weightlifting machine, just get a bowflex, we have one and they are GREAT. They are good for many workouts besides just weight lifting. You don't have to bulk up with it, you can just get fit and firm as well.

Very easy to use and theirs like 1,000 exercizes to do with it!
You can make payments for as low as $30.00 per month.

Wow Shell! She only paid 100 dollars for it? I bought one last spring, and I paid around $300 I think...in monthly installments. But maybe it was less than that, my memory isn't too good anymore. I just LOVE it, I bought it to get in shape after the baby was born, although sadly I haven't used it much yet...but I'm planning on using it alot starting Jan. 1st when I go on my big diet. I think you will really like it! I am pretty sure Ady has one also.

I have it and I admit I don't use it as much as I should but it is very easy to use and I like it (I'm just lazy).

My Mom saw it in a ad from Alco (not sure if you have those around you...it's like a cheaper version of WalMart or K-Mart). The price was $106 with tax and I thought that was dirt cheap. I looked it up on the net and this one doesn't have the heart monitor & all the extras....but I really don't need all of that stuff. As long as I have the main setup than I'm satisfied. I'm really anxious to try it out...Whoa, I can't believe I just said that! LOL! I'm quite lazy too, but I've got to get off my lazy butt or I'm gonna weigh 500 pounds before I know it! Ok..maybe that's exagerating a little bit, but none the less, I've gotta lose some weight. I told myself that I would never weigh more than 200 and once again I find myself weighing 215. Hopefully this will help...I think it would help more if I'd just get my mouth wired shut!
LOL!
Thanks for letting me know how you all like it...I'll let you know if I like it once I get it put together.
Thanks again,
Shell

My MIL let me borrow her gazelle and I love it. although I admit I haven't been on it as much as I should, I just adore the thing! I bought a portable cd player and i put those on and away I go. I don't like the video though. he is so darn annoying! but the machine is really great!
