Pretty Penny settles in...

Here are some pictures of my beautiful new girl. I hope you enjoy them.

She's not a lap cat by any means, but she's a real sweetheart. She decided to grant me with a visit to my lap.




She wanted some lovies while she watched the birds on the roof of the house next door through the livingroom window. I felt quite honored by this visit, which only lasted a few minutes before she once again got up to pace about on and over me, twining herself against my hands and throwing herself to the side in hopes of belly rubs.

The next pics are from a bit too close, but were the clearest I could get. She is almost always in motion, and it seems to me I'll be asking for a faster shutter speed digital camera for xmas this year!

Three weeks and I don't remember what life was like without her around. She is so beatiful - her colors are amazing, and her patterns are just incredible - there are teensy little tabby stripes in the spots in her marbling - she is velvet to the touch and such a sweetpea - I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop!

I used to have a cat named Penny, who was a tuxedo. She lived to be 18!

Ohhhh I love the pics! You know how much I love her coat pattern, and her amazing green eyes. She truly is a special girl.
