I am on my way to being treated to the Theatre and Dinner. Maybe that's where all you other fathers are. That being the case, this contest will run for 24 hours. Care and grooming. And yes I am a paw paw to 3 adorable furbabies. Eric and Marie are my 2 black and white DSH and Meezers is my siamese I picked up as a stray last year.

You know,I think this is kind of discriminatory(sp). What about women who are also the Father figure in the household? I have a hubby.But, he is gone more than he is here.I am BOTH Mom and Dad to all of my kids.......skin and fur.So, I am basically a Dad too.

When I announced that there was going to be a contest for Father's on Father's Day, somebody said that would be discriminatory against Fathers of furrbabies. So, I added that. Had I seen your post earlier I could have added that, too. However, since we have such few men on this site, I thought it might be nice if we let a man win some points once in a while.

We also have Newbie contests now and then. We have them simply because Newbies hardly ever get a chance to win any points. We are not trying to be discriminatory, but give those that would have little chance to win otherwise, a chance to win.
