Hi, I'm Stacy! My husband and I just recently adopted two adorable kittens from the PetsMart/Last Chance Society program. We don't know how old they are, but the boy, Tiger, I think is about 9 weeks and the girl, Angel, about 7.
My husband works in the Army and I'm going to be going back into school to become a Vet Tech. As for in the meantime until the fall season starts, I'm volunteering at a local humane society.
We're still trying to figure out what breed mix Angel is. Tiger's a bit easier to figure out.

We're still getting used to the area. We're in Silver Spring.
I love the forums. Finally, I found a place where I'm not called the crazy cat lady, lol.

Hehe, I've been here four years.. maybe five now.. and I *still* can't get used to the traffic. Oiy.

Yeah, I don't feel so much like a crazy cat woman here with my five (well, technically I have four but there are five total here).

P.S. We used to live in Baltimore (where we had the best vet ever! we totally miss that vet's office ... our joke is that we'd move back just to have that vet, again !)

Hello! Isn't the Last Chance rescue so wonderful? I can't begin to imagine how many lives they have saved. I live in Columbia and have adopted two cats through them.
