She is finally asleep on the hearth, she just wouldn't lay down and get comfortable and I was so nervous, but she's okay now

Thank you all for your good thoughts

Awwww bless her little heart. Hopefully she's zonked out for a few hours

Awwww glad she's out of surgery and at home to recover - I much prefer vets that let the kitties go home same day, there's no need to keep them overnight, and they are much more comfy at home!

Did she get surgical glue or actual stitches?

Since they did her late, she'll probably be sleepy for a while. You watch though, she'll be barrelling through the house in no time and you'll be trying to slow her down

She got actual stitches but I had to really look for them they are white. She's so uncomfortable because she keeps moving now like she just can't find the right spot but she's not wobbly at all...I'm starting to freak out I want David to hurry home He's better at this stuff than me. They said no jumping for 5 days...WHAT she's a kitten

she'll be just fine hon! our spay/neuter day was yesterday at our shelter lots of cute little kittens got fixed- no problems at all i'm glad she's at home and doing well. it's normal for her to be out of it for a while. she's probably still seeing purple elephants. she should be good and all by tomorrow. a little activity is ok -but it's better if you can confine her to a small guest bathroom or cage for a little while to keep her from running around too much. did they tattoo her spay incision?

She is doing great tonight, she wants to play, I can't even keep her still for 5 hours let alone 5 days She is such a little toughie though, the Vet tech said she gave them a heck of a time when they tried to draw her blood

Of course, the one day I actually work, I miss this thread.

I'm glad Lucia made it through her spay today! I assume you only cut about 5 years off your life with worry? Or more?
